We use this data to contact you about coaching or supervision sessions, to provide you with information or services you have requested, and to improve our business.

Access to your personal data is limited to your coach/supervisor. Our electronic data is secured by double authentication and our paper records are stored in a secure location and are destroyed shortly after they are no longer needed.
 

We do not share your personal data with anyone unless we are legally required to do so. The notes taken by coaches or supervisors during coaching or supervision sessions are not shared with anyone unless it is necessary for the betterment of the coach's practice. If a coach takes your session to supervision, no identifying information will be shared with the supervisor.
 

We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This includes any legal obligations we may have to retain the data. After this period, we delete or destroy your personal data.
 

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and this service will incur a fee. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at mag@thinkingally.com.
 

If you have any complaints about our use of your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
