We use this data to contact you about coaching or supervision sessions, to provide you with information or services you have requested, and to improve our business.

Access to your personal data is limited to your coach/supervisor. Our electronic data is secured by double authentication and our paper records are stored in a secure location and are destroyed shortly after they are no longer needed.

The notes taken by coaches or supervisors during coaching or supervision sessions are not shared with anyone unless it is necessary for the betterment of the coach's practice. If a coach takes your session to supervision, no identifying information will be shared with the supervisor.

We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This includes any legal obligations we may have to retain the data. After this period, we delete or destroy your personal data.
